Richard “Dick” Eychner serves as Chief Culture Officer of iQor CXBPO™, an award-winning global provider of intelligent customer experience solutions. He leads the company’s culture strategy, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace that empowers employees and strengthens engagement across iQor’s global operations.

In addition to his role as Chief Culture Officer, Eychner serves as Chair of iQor Qares, the company’s nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to supporting employees, their families, and communities in times of need.
