WHO WE ARE Runa Rosenfield serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel of iQor CXBPO™, an award-winning global provider of intelligent customer experience solutions. Since joining iQor in 2010, she has led the company’s legal, compliance, intellectual property, and business affairs, overseeing regulatory matters, commercial transactions, and corporate governance. She also serves as Corporate Secretary for iQor’s Board of Directors, providing strategic legal counsel on corporate governance and business operations.
With a background in mergers and acquisitions, Rosenfield began her legal career at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in private equity transactions. She later served as lead counsel for a renewable energy fund, managing legal affairs and contributing to strategic development.
Rosenfield has played a key role in structuring and closing complex acquisitions that have driven iQor’s growth. Her leadership and legal expertise continue to support iQor’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
